The materials used in the construction of the complex fully meet high quality standards. Each stage of construction has undergone a special quality and durability test and has been certified. The window system of the buildings is made with special German-made hermetic glass. This is very important in terms of unbreakability and safety of glasses. Note that the glass system made of this material is only in the buildings included in the BCR project. One of the distinguishing features of our project is the building coverage with special insulation. This insulation successively consists of mat, pressed stone wool, net (lattice), floor, outdoor paint layers. In addition, the porcelain stoneware used in the blocks is produced in Turkey.
